What’s Our Return Policy?

We guarantee the quality of our products and aim to meet your expectations. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you may return it under our policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components. The following items are non-returnable:

  • Palm plates, bowls, and trays

  • Items that have been used, altered, or missing original packaging

  • Special order items

  • Bulk orders (5+ units or orders over $500)

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. A restocking fee (5%-35%) may apply, depending on the item’s condition and value.

How to Return Items

  1. Request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by contacting us.

  2. Ship the item back using a traceable method. We do not cover return shipping costs.

  3. Include the RA# on the package to ensure proper processing.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return but may take up to 30 days during peak periods. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Can I Exchange an Item?

To exchange an item, place a new order on our website and request an RA# to return the original item. This ensures availability and avoids delays.

International Orders

All international sales are final—no returns or exchanges. Customs fees, taxes, or refused shipments are the buyer’s responsibility.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs, or refusal by the recipient, the buyer must cover reshipping fees. A 25% fee applies to unclaimed returns.

Bulk Order Policy

Bulk orders (5+ units or over $500) cannot be returned once delivered. If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately for a replacement.
